The holidays are approaching and, at Celler Devinssi, we are already prepared to welcome you with the same warmth and authenticity as always. December and January are months full of celebrations, and many people take advantage of these days to escape to Priorat and enjoy a peaceful, memorable wine-tourism experience. That’s why we have adapted our schedule so you can visit us on several special dates.
Special dates and opening hours for wine tastings at Celler Devinssi (December 2025 – January 2026)
This year, we have planned special opening hours for the holiday long weekends and festive days:
- 6 December (Constitution Day)
- 8 December (Immaculate Conception)
- 9 December (December long weekend)
- 25 December (Christmas Day)
- 26 December (Boxing Day)
- 31 December (New Year’s Eve)
- 1 January (New Year’s Day)
- 6 January (Epiphany)
You will always find the up-to-date timetable for each day on our booking page and on Celler Devinssi’s Google profile.
During this festive period, we will be offering our SENZILLA and PICA-PICA visits at the times shown on the booking page. If you need a more customised schedule, don’t hesitate to text us: we will do our best to adapt when possible.
If you are interested in the ROCAPOLL visit, please contact us directly, as it is a very limited experience organised on request.
What visits do we offer?
SENZILLA VISIT
An intimate, honest introduction to our work. A walk through the landscape of Gratallops, an introduction to the vineyard, and a guided tasting of our classic-range wines. A clear and direct experience at the heart of Priorat.
PICA-PICA VISIT
Everything included in the Senzilla visit, but with an extra gastronomic touch. The tasting is accompanied by a small selection of local products that complement the wines and enhance their aromas and textures.
ROCAPOLL VISIT
Our most exclusive proposal: a tour of selected vineyards, detailed explanations about our single-vineyard wine Rocapoll, and an in-depth tasting designed for Priorat lovers seeking a unique experience. Only available by direct prior booking.
