Celler Devinssi, DOQ Priorat, has been selected as Winery of the Year in Catalonia by Travel & Hospitality Awards

You may remember that last month we were among the nominees of the international Travel & Hospitality Awards competition, in the European Travel Awards category.
We have just found out that we are already winners of this award, as said in the official statement by the contest organisers. The statement also points out that:
“The recipients of the Travel & Hospitality Awards in 2023 were meticulously chosen based on a comprehensive analysis of reviews from various independent sources. A panel of experts meticulously evaluated submission materials, reviewed customer feedback, and compared the facilities of each participant. Our esteemed winners are those who have showcased their exceptional qualities, outstanding services and facilities, and unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction across numerous categories”.
Full details of the awards will be revealed in November. However, we have received some details via email, such as:

The criteria for evaluating our wine tourism experiences (classified as tours by Travel & Hospitality Awards) have been:
Wine tasting with sunset (CAPVESPRE) as an example of wine tourism excellence valued by the Travel & Hospitality Awards committee

- Hospitality (quality excellence + flexibility + repeater visitors)
- Service (exceeding expectations, also known as the “wow effect”)
- Online rating and reviews
