Terms and conditions of use of Casa ROCCA
- Check-in time: from 6pm.
- Check-out time: until 12pm.
- The properties are rented with bed linen included (sheets and towels). In case the guest wants an extra change of linen, he/she can request it at Casa ROCCA and pay the amount of €20.00 per person.
- Excessive noise is not allowed, especially during rest hours (from 10pm to 8am).
- Parties are not allowed.
- Smoking of any substance is not allowed.
- Consumption of drugs or other illegal substances is not allowed.
- Animals are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to use the property for activities other than the tourist stay.
- Water and electricity saving is encouraged.
- Clean and tidy use of the properties is encouraged. Guests have access to utensils and cleaning products in the cleaning cabinet located on the first-floor landing.
- Waste separation is encouraged. Recycling bins and instructions are available to guests.
- Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately and repaired, if necessary, at the guest’s expense.
- Guests must respect contact hours for non-urgent matters and use emergency telephones only when necessary.
- The owner or manager may terminate the guests’ stay early if there is a breach of the rules of coexistence, especially if there is a nuisance to the neighbourhood or serious damage is committed. In addition, sanctions may be applied according to current tourism regulations.

- 100% of the total + tourist tax is charged. Reservations and cancellations are subject to the reservation policy.
- The ROCCA house is marketed by DEVINSSI SL, which may promote additional services and products related to wine and gastronomy. The invoice corresponding to the stay within the property will be issued by ROCCA CB.
